Interpretation/Translation Service

OS Selnajaya’s history started from interpretation/translation services. In interpretation service, we provide interpreters at various levels from factory inspection to international conference. We also can dispatch an interpreter to other regions in a long-term or arrange simultaneous interpretation. In translation service, we can arrange the translation of business documents such as agreements in English, factory manual or presentation materials, and also sworn translation of official documents issued by the authorities.

Japanese language level of interpreters

S	N1 level or above	Able to communicate in native level and interpret in a formal occasion such as international conference
A	N1-N2 level	Able to communicate in business talks and interpret technical terms in a certain field
B	N3 level	Able to communicate in dalily conversation and interpret in factory visit

Simultaneous interpretation equipments

We can arrange setting up simultaneous booths as well as renting the equipments for simultaneous interpretation.

Interpreter to be dispatched in a long-term

For interpretation service for more than a week, we will give a discount rate according to the duration and the level of interpreter.

Flow of service usage

1: Inquiry
Please inform us your desired language, contents, date and other details.

2: Quotation
We will make a quotation based on your information and introduce an interpreter.

3: Order
If you agree with the condition, please sign in the quotation and send it back to us.
Your signature in the quotation is regarded as an official order to us.

4: Submission of materials
Please send us materials related to the interpretation for an interpreter to prepare beforehand.

5: Start interpreting
On the date of interpretation, the interpreter will visit the venue and start interpreting.

6: Feedback after the interpretation service
After the interpretation service, please give us your feedback on the quality of interpretation.
We will keep improving our quality of service by reviewing Customer’s feedback.
